To request deletion of information stored by this company tool, email 18346665099@163.com with the subject “Threads data deletion”. Include the relevant Threads username or public post/reply link so staff can locate the records. Never send a password, access token or identity document in your initial request.
Signed-in workbench users can select “Disconnect and delete workbench data” at the workbench to remove their stored connection, authorization states, cached posts and send records. For other requests, staff will verify the request using only the information needed, locate relevant hosted and local records, and confirm the outcome. This version does not provide a Meta automatic deletion callback.
Deleting workbench records does not delete public posts or replies held by Threads. Those must be managed through Threads separately. Account owners can also revoke the application's access using the account's connected-application controls.
