广州宏通际国际贸易有限公司 operates this internal company tool to review relevant public Threads conversations and respond from the company's authorized Threads account. The company website is hongtongjitrade.com.
The tool processes the authorized account's identifier and username, its access token, public post and reply identifiers, usernames, text, timestamps and links, and our staff's reply drafts and publication records. Search results are candidates for review, not a list of verified customers.
The hosted workbench requires explicit human confirmation before publishing a reply. Background automatic replies are currently disabled. Quotations and business commitments are handled by company staff. Public replies can be viewed on Threads.
The hosted workbench uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its Cloudflare Workers/D1 infrastructure to process and store workbench records. Sign in with ChatGPT provides a site-specific user identifier used to isolate each user's records. Threads authorization happens on Meta's official authorization screen. Access tokens are encrypted before database storage and are used only server-side. The workbench stores the account identifier, username, cached public posts/replies and send-attempt records. Conversation text is not sent to an AI model. Records are not sold or shared with other workbench users.
OAuth states expire after ten minutes and cached targets stop being usable for sending after one hour. Expiry does not by itself erase database records. Connection and send records are retained until the user selects Disconnect and delete workbench data, or staff handle a deletion request. A local development copy, if used by staff, is handled separately. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting 18346665099@163.com and identifying the relevant Threads username or post link. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
See data deletion instructions and terms of use. Removing our local copy does not remove the original public content from Threads.
